My  Samsung A20 just switches of automatically for about 30 mins and this thing happens almost everyday, i don't know what to do help guys.

Check If Auto Restart Is Disabled, To Do This Go To Settings > Device Care Tap 3 Dots On The Top Right Hand Corner & You'll Auto Restart Options There.
Also Check If The Software Of Your Device Is Up To Date, To Do That Go To Settings > Scroll Down & Clikc Software Update > Click Download And Install (You'll Need Data Connection To Do This. Hope These Will Help

Hi, Thabie please press the volume down and power button simultaneously till the phone goes off, it may capture a screenshot please ignore until the device goes off.
