yes,still there is no update for Galaxy A70,.But remember one thing Samsung provides monthly security patch level updates for only its flagship mobiles likely Note series &S series
yes you are right , I also heard that for Flagship they used to provide security update every month, for other model I guess it not quaterly it depend how new is your phone or if is there any major update , so they will release the updated secirity patch.
