hello i have a issue in mobile data network since 3 to 4 months. the data network is not work perfectly. i had also contact service provider, they tell me that no problem in network. there might be some problem in my mobile hand set. i also regular update and install software. then after this issue occur. i have a samsung A5 2016 device.please give me solution. it's really headache.

this issues is only with jio network...i also faced this issue for 4 months..now i am using airtel 4g...there is no such issues with airtel

I am facing this problem with non jio sim as well and often with dual sim usage.

We do regret for the inconvenience caused as you are facing Internet issue. We would like to suggest you kindly follow the below mention steps to overcome the Issue;
- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the service engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
