i am facing charging problem in samsung a7 2017 and it has been months when they give us update. I am requesting every one go for nokia and oneplus you will get better value for your money they will provide you timely updates .samsung recently launched a8 series they are giving them monthly security updates same was the case will A series during ist 6 months you will receive softwarw update but after 6 months they will totally forget you in short don,t go for samsung and another thing is when they launch a new device price will be for top model of A series 33000 but after 4 months it will be 20000 all companies like xomi nokia honour are kicking samsung in every department SAMSUNG SUCKS
