How to stop background running applications...(ex)if am not not using instagram this app not running my background..once I touch this app and running..what can I do
Go to settings>device maintenance>click on battery>click on always sleeping apps>cluck on 3 dots upper right corner and add apps which you want to stop from run in background.
Open "Device care" from your device "Settings" then go to "Battery" then find out which app running maximum times in background, tap on them one by one and perform "Put app to sleep". Screenshots below...
