I have Samsung A20 ( android 11 one ui version 3.1) , I have not received software update in it for 1.5 years, I am not getting to use the latest feature, tell me its solution

Samsung Galaxy A20 Had Completed All It's Update Criteria And Will Not Get Anymore OS Or Security Patch Update.
