My A9 pro display crack drop from 1m height. Why display break from this height. Whereas it is protected by gorilla glass potection. I have already called customer support it said that warranty not covered for this problem. Then why samsung manufacture such type of chip phone and advertise as toughest phone.

only your back glass is broken. front display is fine. its the screen guard you use cracked.remove it and get another screen guard. back glass is broken and it will cost around 4 to 5k
