There's focus and colour shifting issue in the front camera of Galaxy A52 4G during video call...

I face exactly same issue. But Samsung Team is not aware to resolve the problem.
One of the Poor after Sale services in India is Samsung India.

Even in low light, Front Camera Quality is more Dark.
