fingerprint scanner is not working (2017)

samsung galaxy a3 2017###### fingerprint scanner is not working in many units. It's very disappointing please fix it samsung. actually it's a software issue. there are bunch of news in web sites ABOUT this bug😆😆. fix it if u can 😏😏

it happens in galaxy a5 17 too both are UAE ...... And didn't got the October patch yet.....
