yes brother.
First of All you would need an OTG cable.
After that just plug in the OTG in your mobile and Your HDD in the OTG cable and it’s done. You can explore your HDD with your file explorer. I would suggest you use ES file explorer it’s a good explorer for exploring HDD.

Hello.
Because of your question I tried plugging an external HDD to my A70.
I used an OTG adapter that came with a Galaxy S10. The capacity of the external drive was 640Gb.
It wasn't recognised & nothing showed up as mounted. My guess is as a result of the power draw required.
So, I think like the Samsung Specialist advised, it is probably best not to do anything of the sort.
