What is the problem in handset when tempature upto 40° than my A50s chareging very slow take a 2+ hours for only 50% recently a repaired my device from samsung service centre but now again show same problem
The Samsung Has its securty bro! If the Device temperature is above 40° then it will Not Charge it will show Fast Charging But the battery stops Charging. This feature secure us from mobile burning issue from Charging. If you want to charge your phone then turn on the cooler or AC while charging or charge it in the Morning and evening when the temperature is low.
the problem is with all Samsung a50s users including me bro but you cant do anything about it. Just Follow the steps and your mobile will be charge fast. try to charge when your mobiles temperature is about 35°.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.
2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.
Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.
