Is it bad for battery health if i charge the phone overnight.

Yes. Not advisable. Start charging when battery is below 20% and stop when it reaches above 90%. Battery life depends on how many times it is charged. Frequent charging will reduce battery life.

its a intriguing question

many say to charge 0% to 100%

and many 20% to 80%
but i dont go with none i charge my Device once a day from about 25 % to 30% to 100%

Overnight charging is not good in my opinion. Always charge your device when it's battery falls to 20%,then charge it to almost 80%.
