Hi guys so I am not happy with being able to change the fones ringing sound from sound to mute with unlocking the phone .... someone could easily change big and put it in their pocket and wander off ... how can I change this or is this not changeable.
Apologies for the inconvenience, kindly be advised that for sound mode quick access it is defaulted to change even when the phone is locked except for functionalities like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, etc.

I had my Samsung A20s stolen in a public transport last year with the same issue of being able to mute the phone even when it's locked. All calls were going through but it was not ringing but as soon as I stepped out of the bus, the phone was turned off and I couldn't reach it again. So please Samsung, kindly do something about that as soon as possible maybe in your next security update. I wouldn't want the same fate to befall my new A32.
