The word 'smart' for incoming calls and also in recent calls for unsaved numbers is not working any more on samsung galaxy a50. Anybody knows why

just restart your smartphone and check it

restarted the phone. did not work

then you will see three dots, click it, then go for the settings here will you see the caller id and spam protection button just on/ off the buttons , try it

also it doesn't identify unsaved numbers, both while incoming call and also in recent call list. actually it never worked for me, however it started to work two weeks back but now again it's not working
