call recording feature problem

I did not find call recording enable or disable option in my mobile ... dots>> setting>>call recording option is not available iahave 4 samsung devises purchased recently all mobiles have not showing option

call recorder is country specific feature

some country restricts this feature due to privacy concern..

note:: call recording feature is available inside phone settings
