burst shot in A71 not working

With one ui 2.1 samsung introduced swiping the shitter button edge to edge to take burst shot. After updating my A71 phone, today, I tried to take burst shot but I am unable. Did anyone who are using A71 or One UI 2.1 experienced such ?

If I am doing any thing wrong in the procedure then your solution will be massive.

may I do this with smart switch ? if yes then how ?

first your data is backup with smart switch and download latest firmware in (sammobile) website and flash it by using odin windows application.

I didn't noticed carefully. As of now I am at home only so it never matters what percentage of left on my phone. I just charge it when I feel to do so. Hence, I haven't observed such till now.

Swipe the shutter button down and when it becomes complete black hold it there. Do not release thumb or finger.

Ok, problem solved. Actually I was using internal storage. And it shows that to use burst shot you have to use sd card. After changing the storage path to sd card it is working smoothly.

Hmm. But its working for me with internal storage.
Try changing to internal storage now.
