burst shot in A71 not working

With one ui 2.1 samsung introduced swiping the shitter button edge to edge to take burst shot. After updating my A71 phone, today, I tried to take burst shot but I am unable. Did anyone who are using A71 or One UI 2.1 experienced such ?

If I am doing any thing wrong in the procedure then your solution will be massive.

didn't work in my phone ... when you swipe the shutter button the image was showing inside the shutter button but in my case it was always black inside.

then factory reset your device or reflash firmware by Odin or through service center...software glitch present
