once clear Wipe Cache Partition

and regarding navigation could you please tell me me are you using full swipe gesture or button

Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable/type C earphone only for Android 11)

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

I'm also facing the same issue
sometimes the screen freezes for few seconds.....

The Android 11 update totally crashed the phone to the point it can't be used.  Nothing you have said works.  Why would you send an update that would totally fry your phone?

android 11 update is a total failure for A51 users. phone became slower to respond. Not turned on after removing from the charging while 67% of charge. perfomance downgraded completely. Samsung has to release new update to resolve this issue immediately.

Since the new android 11 update I'm unable to reboot my phone ect using power and volume down. Anyone else?

I can't even turn it on to try and get support.  I updated the morning of 4-13-2021.  Since then my phone would randomly restart.  Now, as I said above, it won't even start up.   I only got it about 4 months ago!

 

I've got no help with customer service yet either...FRUSTRATING THAT I CAN'T USE MY PHONE.

I just got mine a couple of days ago.  Did the Android 11 update and the phone totally crashed.  Stuck on logo can't turn it off.  Tried everything and still nothing.  Even drained battery so it would cut off...restarted just logo.  This Android 11 **bleep**...Samsung you should be ashamed!!

Samsung is not doing themselves any favors by sending Android 11 updates that totally crash your phone....Hey Samsung....WE NEED OUR PHONES!!
