I think you need to reset the device once with OEM unlocking on. Please note that installing TWRP will irreversibly trip Knox

You can flash TWRP with ADB Fastboot or with Odin tool.Since you have unlocked your bootloader your knox is already tripped so you can install and root your phone with TWRP.
