battery issue

I have Samsung Galaxy a20 

Whenever I reboot my phone or switch it on after switching off..the battery percentage increases around 20% every time!

Please help me out ?

have you charged it while it is switched off?

do this once it will calibrate ur battery

dial * # 0228 # and then ckick on "quick start" click on OK it will calibrate your battery

when i tapped on "quick start " the screen went off for approximately 3 seconds and went on !

Done it once again..it was 72% and after tapping it's 66% now
