Morning i have a problem before i upgraded to android 10 my phone was working 100% but no after the upgraded i need to set my brithness manually. Everytime i unlock my phone i firts need to adjust the brightness i did google and they say its an android bugs. When will samsung be fixing the android 10 bugs

hi, your issue right there is because of a FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) update error. Samsung does not really recommend FOTA updates. this is because if you have an unstable connection, your update won't complete fully or may have other packets fail to run on your final software runtime.

to rectify the issue, please use Smart Switch app on a PC to reload software, or visit a Samaung Service Center for a reload.

example of failure. in a case where you copying files to an external drive on a pc, then your pc crashes or freezes, when it get back on, it will continue the copying but the files will be corrupt or may not be in the right format causing a broken file or a virus as many call it.

so, during FOTA, any unstable connection will affect the update files and cause bugs (bugs are software packets that unstabilize your runtime) causing poor performance or failure of applications to run.

please use the smart switch to relaod software or vist the samsung store for help.

no i dont i only use fingerprint locked

oh, because usually when the facial recognition is enabled the screen will brighten up so that the camera can pick up your face
