Galaxy AHi I have a similar problem, I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy A10 with the A105GDXU7BTJ4 update that includes 'Battery optimisation.' Since I did this, my battery has been very slow to charge, and dies at 65%. I cannot use my phone without it being plugged in. I also cannot video call or whatsapp call anyone whilst my phone is plugged in otherwise the battery still drains from 100% to 0% in a matter of minutes.
I have tried all the steps online to acheive battery optimisation, I have no apps that are draining my battery, I have cleared my cache, rebooted and reset my phone and still no difference.
Please could you advise? I would appreciate your help!

Galaxy AMy asking for help bcoz her a10s phone got drained so much today.....she cannot see if her phone is charging?but someone calls to her number she said its ringing while the owner said her phone was vibrating only and she cannot see if her phone is harging or no.....can some one help us to resolve the problem of my friend
