a8 star camera problem

A8 star can automatically decide it is night and can change camera for better low light photos

But now it is not changing automatically 

And another problem sometimes camera shakes like hell 

And an audible vibration(buzzing) from camera lens like it is about to burn the circuit

#totallydisappointed (spent Rs 35000 on launch date)

I also camera lens problem.
after open camera it will vibrates and brust image .
pls how to solve permanent.
