a50s help

[a50sss]

1 a50s suddenly doesnt charge with wall socket, charges only with PC (laptop / tv)

2 Torch works only while mobile is in charging

3. Fast charging toggle turns grey while mobile is charging 

4.Mobile doesnt connect to Pc with USB 

Many has posted same problem but no solutions. Is it software glitch or something else?🙄🙄

Hard reset did not work, other wall sockets and USB cable tried and tested.
