a50s camera update

Dear Samsung it is very hard time now..... A50s has received no update from so many weeks...... Do you seriously know the camera performance... It is worse now specially front facing camera... Please provide update otherwise i need to switch back again to vivo /oppo at least they care their customer by providing software updates even to their low end devices at regular intervals thanks

Its  not  like that, Samsung usually provide the sw update regularly, yes they dont provide very frequently in 1 week/2week etc. 

I havent use Vivo/Oppo so dont know how fast and useful SW update they are giving.

But they have feedback regarding camera issues and a50s is their latest smartphone but they are not caring don't know why
