Youtube quality goes to 480p

When i set my youtube quality to 2160p60 hdr then it works for 3 sec it goes down to 480p automatically and then i cant set above 480p.

I don't know if its samsung or youtube problem but before a52s i had a oppo phone in that also same thing was happening

This issue/glitch is there in newly launched Motorola edge 30 as well. So it might be from YouTube side.

Snapdragon issue.
This issue is not from YouTube side. This is a hardware ( Snapdragon ) issue. Frame and Quality dropping issue. This issue is not in Exynos processor
