In my Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, after ad on any video, sometimes it pause automatically and sometimes video start run at 10-20 sec.

Uninstall the Youtube app and the restart your phone.

Then again download the youtube app from Play store.

But indirectly go to play store and search for youtube and then uninstall.

Have you explored the youtube app setting ?

There might be some options that is activated that is making Video skip 10-20 sec.

Nothing changed on setting. According to me, video skip only that duration which duration of Ad i see.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
