Write to Consumer Forum Online regarding deficiencies of A50

Friends,  I request that all those having issues with Samsung A50 phone to connect with Consumer Forum Online. 

I had complained to the Consumer Forum Online but Navin Chhetri of the Samsung Management responded to them saying that there is no issues with the Phone. 

Thus at least the Consumer Forum Online should know more and more about the deficiencies of A50 and the Management Team cannot get away everytime saying that there Product is okay.

I am done with Samsung and their worst phone A50.  This phone has been a nightmare for me. I know that I have lost my 20K to a useless Brand, Samsung here.



The more the people come out it will put pressure on the Samsung Electronics to look into the issue seriously. Either they will have to replace the Phone or Refund the money invested.

i know the man navin chhetri he also behave same with me , i ask to Samsung for another management member to handle mai case with some serious note, and Samsung change my case incharge and he just handle my case with so much seriousness and replaced my product

sir ,what is your device problem actually? 🤔because my friend is also using galaxy A50 no problem with him..I recommended you to flash your next firmware from nearest Samsung service center or through software odin. it will be helpful..because we simply download software through our own network or wifi..if network is little bit slow then can skip important files ..this issue called skip in file issue which leads to battery draining faster, slow ui or ui lag,poor camera performance, network connectivity issue etc.....so please flash your software once and feel the difference 👍

A50 A50S, & M30S having this issue. I'm using earlier models. No issues Found.They can fix this issue with small software update.Hope Samsung will do

I haven't faced any problems at all beside slow fingerprint for first few months but it's pretty fast now. Battery is fine and no connection problem.

I'm facing fingerprint issue since November, when complained to Samsung Customer care they replied saying " visit your nearest service center ". Check the screen shot.

Worst mobile.. at least stop exynos processor ..my a50 mobile auto restarting ,2 times I updated in care, they told motherboard problems. Where I will get money to purchase another mobile. I am a student.
