Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Forget the Network: Go to apps screen >Settings >Connections > Wi-Fi >Wi-Fi network >Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Galaxy AI am also facing the same issue of Wi-fi connectivity. As soon as its covered from Top or back, the 5.0ghz signal drops drastically. Service Center team did not helped, so I approached the Service head team they sent to the regional team.. and they are said its normal and not defective. Have filed complaint with National Consumer Helpline, as noted many cases on Members portal of Wif connectivity issues in a71
