Why not add call records

I am using Samsung Galaxy A9 phone but I can't call records but why??

you can record incoming and outgoing calls

Open the "Phone" app first then go to upper right sided 3 dots > Settings > "Recording Calls" and then personalise the recording settings.
If your device don't have these type of settings then update the Phone app and Device & then try.

Also remember: if you are using wifi calling then it won't work

Note: call recorder is not allowed in some countries
