Why samsung gallery ask this permission? 

It's just stored personal data like photo and videos but it's ask contacts, location and telephone,,,but why?

and mam for location ( not for contact) you can choose allow only while using the app

Location to add location tag on image(where pictures are taken)..you can turn it on from Gallery settings(if you want to use it) or else no nee to grant location permissions and telephone for people tag..
