What's the name of your phone? As far as I know some phones don't screen record because of the outdated software

Hi, Isiah Kindly swipe down at the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick Settings panel. Swipe left and you'll see "Screen recorder". Tap that and a countdown will appear, and once it's done, you're recording!
