Don't we get software update in Samsung galaxy A10s.
Our phone needs to be updated because if the Android doesn't get software update we can download latest app from Play Store it's show your device is not comfortable because of low level Android.
You may know the device was launched on Android 9 pie and everyone needs to understand Samsung is only a brand which provide two major updates to even their budget phones. And software update support of 3 years for your device has ended. Don't expect any android update.
