now do these steps and lets see

1. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

2. Go to settings >apps>click 3 lines right side of "your apps" enable "show system app"
>>search in search bar (just type android system">click on it>storage >clear cache
and also check notifications settings

This is not error....You have buy a mobile on EMI....so Samsung Financa Plus app is running Background.....you have close the EMI and Samsung Finance Plus app stop the tracking......
