Alright... Two last solutions. First, try to go the Video call effects app and tap on storage, and then clear data... tap delete to confirm. Let me know if it works.1722925979439_1722925979421_0.jpg

Hi @Chox1 try to go to settings on your device. Scroll to advanced features... scroll until you see video effects. Tap on video effects. If the toggle is on, try to turn it off and on again... then open WhatsApp, start a video call with someone. During the call, tap the floating video cam icon, then select reset all. I hope that will help.

Yes... just tap on WhatsApp. Then, start a video call with anyone. The camera icon will appear floating on your screen. Tap on it, and a pop-up with opinions will appear. then tap on reset all.1722839555133.jpg

Sorry about that... unfortunately, I do not use WhatsApp myself as I do not use any of the other social media platforms except Samsung Members to provide assistance to other Galaxy users. I could've given a direct resolution to your issue if I used WhatsApp. Maybe you can back up WhatsApp data to your email account and then try to uninstall and reinstall WhatsApp.

Did you also try disabling the video effects feature in Advanced Features on your device?
