Cant install whatsapp

Whenever i try to install whatsapp it keep saying app cant install am using a13 samsung

Hi hwu , have you been using WhatsApp on that same device, if so maybe upon uninstalling it u chose to kept the data and now if try to install a different version it won't be installed,,,, make sure you have enough space

Go to your phone settings > Apps > Google Play Services & Google Playstore, clear cache & force stop on both apps, and look if there is a pending Whastapp App on the apps list and uninstall it,, then go to Playstore and download it

Make sure also Google Play Services is upto date ,and try to remove & re add your Google account
