Whatsapp app keeps crashing after today's security patch update. All other apps are working fine. I tried deleting the cache. I uninstalled whatsapp and reinstalled it again, but the problem persists.

perform reset apps preferences once
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences

Then uninstall and reinstall it again

if problem still persists then wait for whatsapp update..or might be some documents/media files are causing this issue

As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support. You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to: Play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.

You can try after clearing the app cache by following below steps: Go to settings > Apps > More option > Show system apps > Select the application > Storage > Clear cache.

Hey! In order to fix WhatsApp keeps crashing issue, you should try the below troubleshooting tricks one after another. One of them will surely help you to fix this problem.

  • Restart your WhatsApp
  • Check the internet connection
  • Clear the WhatsApp cache files.
