Whatsapp is using battery abnormally in Samsung A51. I have attached screenshots of usage. I have complained to samsung support more than 5 times and error reported 2 times. But none of developers helped me and issue persists till now. Also, Google play services consumes battery abnormally. At night in phone idle mode 10 to 15 percent of battery gets wiped out. Whatsapp consumes battery in background. I've done all things by putting my mobile in optimized mode and activated all battery optimization but the situation hasn't improved. Hope samsung community will help me.

Ok, but in my snapdrogon processor i have not faced such problems, it does not consume battery in background. maximum will be shown only 5 to 10 min in background usage.

But don't know why samsung is not improving this in exynos devices. The problem is from 1 year.

Sir I have already done the steps. The problem lies with only 2 apps play services and whatsapp. My grandfather's m21 doesn't have this problem only my a51 is having this problem. Also, developers don't solve this issue inspite of complaining.
