Hi, i have recently started having an issue with my A52S 5G when mains charging.
If my phone is powered off and i connect the mains charger, i get a water droplet + exclamation mark symbol. If i then power on the phone whilst mains charging it boots up and i get a message to say there is moisture or debris in charging port... then the phone shutsdown. If i remove the mains charger and power on theres no message and phone is fine, if i then connect mains charger it charges fine.
However, if my phone is powered off and i connect it to a laptop or pc there is no water droplet / exclamation mark and phone charges as normal. If i power on whilst charging from laptop / pc theres also no message about moisture or debris.
I have tried different plugs, cables, reset usb cache, disable fast charge and none of these has fixed issue.
