Volume reduces automatically in my Galaxy A71

Hi, whenever I play video or music on speaker (not headset) the volume reduces automatically. It happens in all app like Youtube, Music app, even in Browser.

Maybe adaptive hearing is on ro protect ears

You can search adapt sound

Once it decreases can you increase it? Does it again go down on it's own?

The volume is always full.

Same problem here. Even when I do video call this problem also happening. Samsung should fix this Audio problem by software update ASAP.
