Using Samsung A53 and jio tells I'm not compatible

I'm having Samsung A53 5g and in website it tells it is true 5g compatible device but when I give compatible test in jio app it says my Samsung a53 is an 4g device and please upgrade it to 5g one and I updated to latest software and because of this I'm not getting welcome offer anybody gets this kind of issue

Yes I got it from Australia.. but airtel 5g works fine ... in Australia they use same 5g band jio use but y u get this msg not support

Try updating software manually. Mine is F23 5G, had to check for software update manually. Then 5G is working on my phone.

Same problem with my Australian S22 Ultra, I was using Airtel 5g and my jio app still says that you should upgrade your 4g device to 5g.. Just put that jio sim in any other 5g device for 48 hrs.. Activate Welcome Offer in it, and then put your sim back on your device and enjoy 5g services on your device.. You can see my scrrenshot, my jio app still says your device is not compatible and I am using jio 5g with 1 gbps of speed..

Yeah bro I talked with Samsung australia support they said they have enabled SA update in every 5g device in Australia it seems .. and this is jio app issue only for Indian made device gets 5g maybe now u have a work a round for this so helpful I will try this and update once I get 5g
