Useful features do not work in A52, A52s

This is the screenshot of one ui 6.1 update changelog of a52s in which image clipper feature and image clip copy paste are clearly mentioned but image clipper does not work, when image clipper feature will not work then cut-out of the image will not come out then clip copy. How to paste?

For every device this text will only show but only few features will be supported on your device

They have said it is given image clipper feature in the 6.1 update but it's not working. Any solution
Samsung should get this resolved in next update
