Usb unrecognized problem in A30 nodel

Dear All

 I am Samsung A30 user ,from past 2 month , I am not able to connect USB cable and OTG it's showing ,unrecognized problem, plz give update for it .

It's biggest problem in samsumg

If there is no issue with OTG cable. Check file system on USB drive.

If we connected in laptop with USB cable ,it's showing unrecognized

I think there is a problem in USB cable and otg. Because of which it is showing unrecognized..

Because I do have A30 and never had any such issues..

Used 2 cable I need update from Samsung,
