no....factory reset karoge to delete ho jayega...update karne se kuch delete nhi hoga

dekhiye ....agar aap mobile data ya wifi se download karte hain to nehi delete hoga photo aur video..but android software update ka procedure uo nehi hain .....actual procedure hota hain all photos, vedio ko backup lene ke bad us software flash karna by smart switch or by Odin or through authorised Samsung service center...mobile data ya wifi se software update kia to software holes aa jate hain jo badme problem create karega....so better aapka video, photo ie sab backup le lijiye..Samsung service center visit karke uo software flash kijiye
