Update

My phone doesn't want to update to the new UI7, it is still on UI6.1 and Android 14..... please can someone help me, I have phoned Samsung themselves and have had no luck on that end..... 

My brother and his Fiancé have the same phone as me, theirs updated.... my fiancé has the A54, his has updated......

I have phoned Cellc, they said the couldn't help..... My phone is a Galaxy A55 5g.....

Galaxy A55 hasn't received the update yet, according to some.

I use the A54 5G got the One UI7 on the 2nd of June.
