Update problems

Hey everyone my Samsung A22 5G hasn't got the latest Android 12 update version why?

Sometimes it depends with the region you're in, not everyone gets to receive the One UI updates , especially Android 12

But my gf is using the same phone and we stay together and she got android 12 update last month and mine still says "your phone is up to date"

We in the same boat. I have the A22 4G and I got no updates since February.

Mine shows the same. My brother has the A12 and his on android 12 since July

Have Samsung forgotten about the A22 devices 😑😑

I asked someone at Samsung yesterday about this issue, the guy just said we will get the update by end of year.

I think those devices only had 1 year of software support
