Update error

I have a Samsung galaxy a50 and I received a software update notification. I tried downloading it but it is not getting downloaded with neither mobile data nor wifi. What do I do? 

It's stuck like this.

Do u check your internal storage.
U check it out and clear some memory atleast 25% free memory required to download the update.

Do the thing Abhishek said above..if still it doesn't load then update via Smart Switch using laptop or pc

Smart switch is very lengthy and took too much data. Was very slow and heated my phone too much. I used VPN method

Check some things kindly
1. Is your firewall ,proxy etc blocking the connection
2. At least some space is free in your device ( 25 % )

I downloaded it with VPN.
Free space clearing was not required

Try updating with Samsung Smart Switch, if possible.

Even the same error in my s20 FE 5G. I got one ui 4.1 update but it's not downloading through neither mobile date nor wifi. Did restart also but no change in the problem
