Hi Team,

I have updated my samsung A50s to Android 11 (security Patch level- 1st Aug 2021) 3-4 days before. Now my phone is shutting down continuously and showing error when phone turned on that system UI not responding.

I have shown this issue to service centre but the said this is not software issue. They said motherbord have to changed.

But this issue is happening after software update.

Please suggest me what to do.

Yes that is due to update 
I got my A50s dead service center said to replace motherboard

This samsung members application is not supporting in other devices,

So how can i raise my concern there.

I already told my samsung device is not working properly.
