Hello, since the latest system update my screen often shut down when my battery reach 30~20%, even if I am using my mobile. Am I the only one? 

PS : It don't when I am charging it, and using it. Sorry for my bad english

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
