Samsung Secure Folder keeps data and apps separate for privacy and security, which can limit certain customization options, including setting specific call backgrounds for Secure Folder contacts. However, here are a few things you can try:
Possible Solutions:
1️⃣ Check Secure Folder Call Settings:
Open Phone app inside Secure Folder
Go to Settings > Call Background
See if you can change it there. Secure Folder may have separate settings.
2️⃣ Use Default Contact Settings:
If Secure Folder restricts customization, try setting the call background for the contact outside of Secure Folder.
3️⃣ Try Samsung Themes:
Go to Settings > Wallpaper and style > Call Background
Sometimes, themes apply globally, including Secure Folder.
4️⃣ Check for Updates:
Ensure your device is running the latest One UI & software updates.
5️⃣ Alternative Approach:
If Secure Folder doesn’t allow individual backgrounds, consider using Samsung’s Dual Messenger for private contacts instead.
Since Secure Folder is designed for privacy, some features like call backgrounds may not work as expected. If nothing helps, Samsung might have restricted this feature entirely.
Hope this helps! 😊 Also, click on three dots (⋮) on your comment and select 'Accept Solution' ✅
